Eligible Returns

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Products like electrodes, personal care items, and used therapy equipment are non-returnable due to hygiene/safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to misuse or wear & tear

• Custom orders or bulk orders

• Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

Refunds

• After inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return
